ClientSettings Optimization

Disable high-resolution textures and visual effects

You can manually optimize Roblox by creating a ClientSettings folder with custom configuration that disables heavy graphics features:

  • Reduces texture quality to improve performance
  • Disables grass and shadow effects
  • Lowers rendering distance
  • Optimizes particle effects

Manual method: Navigate to %localappdata%\Roblox\Versions\version-xxx\ClientSettings and create a ClientAppSettings.json file with FFlag optimizations.

Windows Optimization

Configure Windows settings for better gaming performance

Follow these steps to optimize Windows for Roblox:

  1. Navigate to %localappdata%\Roblox\Versions
  2. Find the latest version folder (e.g., version-xxxxxx)
  3. Right-click on RobloxPlayerBeta.exe → Properties
  4. Go to the Compatibility tab
  5. Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
  6. Click "Change high DPI settings"
  7. Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior"
  8. Set to "Application"
  9. Click Apply → OK

Bonus tip: Set Roblox to High Priority in Task Manager (Details tab → Right-click → Set Priority → High)

Network Fix

Reduce ping and fix connection issues
